FSS Training: Food Safety Supervisors Training:
Only Registered Training Organisation approved by NSW Food Authority can deliver the Food Safety units online and issue the NSW Food Safety Certificates to NSW food outlets. This training also meets the requirements to be a Food Safety Supervisor under the NSW Food Authority, Queensland Food Act 2006, Queensland Food Regulation 2006, Victorian Food Act 1984, and the Food Standards Australia & New Zealand. This 2 unit course applicable to both Retail & Hospitality.
The fees are inclusive of: the 2 units course resources, training fees, Statements of Attainment for the two units plus the $30 NSW Food Authority Certificate fee. The two unit course allows a person to work in both Hospitality & Retail food areas.
In NSW this course must be delivered by a qualified FSS Trainer through an NSW RTO both must be approved by the NSW Food Authority. The NSW Food Authority also authorises the delivery mode such as online and face to face and the issue of the NSW Food Safety Certificates.
FOOD HANDLERS: Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
This Food Handlers training course is recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Upon successful completion of the training course participants receive a Statement of Attainment for the unit - SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.
Mandatory personal hygiene practices apply to all personnel operating at all levels within the food service industries such as: kitchen hands; cooks; chefs; catering staff; food and beverage attendants; housekeeping and; laundry staff; sandwich hands; cafe and fast food outlet staff; cooking crew; sales people and owner–operators of catering operations or retail food outlets.
SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
This 6 hour SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course is for all individuals who intend to serve patrons in a licensed venue in NSW. NSW legislation identifies the unit SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) as the compulsory unit required to be completed by persons wanting to be involved in the sale or supply of alcohol on licensed premises. This includes all staff of bottle shop, cafes and restaurants that serves alcohol including BYO venues.
RCG - SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services
The SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG). RSG is the the mandatory module designed to provide students with a responsible approach to gambling practices. Our course provides students with the relevant training from true industry professionals who consistently remain up-to date with current Industry trends and practices.
TES- Training:
TES have decided to concentrate on our core business of Training Development, establishing RTO's, recruiting RTO Management and Staff, developing HR, OHSE and e-learning sysytems for RTO's and commercial Business. We will no longer operate or trade as a registered training organisation (RTO) but we will still be operating as a Training company and a training broker as applicable for our clients.
TES-Training will still be providing accredited training as we have done over the past 30 years, under arrangements with other RTO's. As well, we will be providing corporate or knowledge training, i.e. POS and hygiene training for staff, HACCP and Auditing for management. Our partnering/MOU arrangements will allow TES-Training to offer broader training options and flexibility to our Country clients as well as our Eeast coast and Sydney based clients.
Students records will be kept for 30 years. For those students who have lost their Certificates or Statements of Attainments access to your records can be arranged by calling our business number.
