SITHFAB201 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (online & F2F)

This 6 hour face course SITHFA201 Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course is for all individuals who intend to serve patrons in a licensed venue in NSW. NSW legislation identifies the unit SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) as the compulsory unit required to be completed by persons wanting to be involved in the sale or supply of alcohol on licensed premises.

This includes all staff of bottle shop, cafes and restaurants that serves alcohol including BYO venues.

Online RSA courses take approximately 2 hours. Face-to-face courses are a mandatory 6 hours plus breaks. New Industry entry students are advised to complete the face-to-face course.

RCG - SITHGAM201 Provide Responsible Gambling Services (F2F only)

The SITHGAM201 Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG). RSG is the the mandatory module designed to provide students with a responsible approach to gambling practices.

Our course provides students with the relevant training from true industry professionals who consistently remain up-to date with current Industry trends and practices.

Students records are kept for 30 years. For those students who have lost their Certificates or Statements of Attainments access to your records can be arranged by calling our business number.
