HOW TO ENROL
To enrol with TES-Training & Employment Solutions you are required to complete the online enrolment form below and submit. You need to note down the course and units you wish to enrol in before you begin. The TES system will generate an email to the TES administrator who will complete your enrolment. After the completed Enrolment form has been returned to TES you will be contacted by the TES Administration Officer so that they can check that all your details are correct. At this time you will be asked to confirm your preferred units, payment method and preferred date for course commencement.
At TES we prefer that you pay by transferring the funds from your bank account to ours, this type of fees transfere is called EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Or you may use our secure credit card Credit Card facility: PAYPAL.
Using EFT or our secure Credit Card facility PAYPAL ensures that you can begin learning without the delay of waiting for cheques to clear. But if you prefer you may mail us a Money Order or Bank Cheque along with your enrollment form.
Please note that whatever the method of payment your payment is held secure in the TES Training Student Fees account which is a Cash Reserve Account that is strictly for students fees management.

After you enrol
If you have enrolled in a Face2Face class you will have discussed the date and times with us already but if you are unsure of anything please call us on 1300 102 838.
Please complete your Enrolment and your payment through our associate BarMax at www.barmax.com.au Once your enrolment and payment has been processed you will be sent an email with your e-Learning log-in and Password. Please keep these access codes private and in a safe area. You are encouraged to log in and read through the Course notes, the Activities and Assessments often.
We will have talked about your skills and learning needs when you contacted us earlier. Once you have completed the enrollment process as above you will be contacted by your Tutor within 2 working days and asked to log-in to the e-Learning portal.
So that you are familiar with and comfortable with the e-learning process and the course you have selected, the Tutor will check your log-in with you and talk you through the course. Your Tutor will also ask you to forward your preferred contact schedule with times, days and other contact details to them. Doing so will assist your learning experience.
You may access your course, work on the activities and assessments at any time and from anywhere you choose. You do not have to wait for others in order to complete your course. Your Tutor will access the e- Learning site to assist you regularly. You need to ensure that you answer the Tutors emails and are available to take their phone calls at the pre-arranged time as per the contact schedule that you have forwarded to us.
The Tutor will often be found in the e-Learning area looking at Students work and assisting with advice and direction as well as Assessing work. The Tutor will answer messages from students and leave messages for Students in their area regularly, they are also contactable by phone from 9am till late.
1. All fees are in Australian dollars.
2.There is no GST charged on Training courses if you are an Australian Citizen and are currently unemployed.
4. If at any time after enrolment a Training course is unavailable students will be notified within two working days
