New regulations in NSW mean that all food retail outlets in NSW now must have a Food Safety Supervisor who is responsible for safe food handling. This includes restaurants, cafes, and take-away businesses. Food Safety Supervisor training is available at your convenience through one of the NSW Food Authority approved learning associates in our learning circle who will have a course scheduled that meets your needs.

Our learning associate provides a 2 unit course applicable to both Retail & Hospitality. The fees are inclusive of: the 2 units course resources, training fees, Statements of Attainment for the two units plus the $30 NSW Food Authority Certificate fee. The two unit course allows a person to work in both Hospitality & Retail food areas. Students are reminded that the NSW Food Authority has ruled that all online courses must be undertaken with a NSW RTO.
